Refund Policy

Our approach

We want you to feel good about buying from us. Because our products are digital and give instant access to course material, refunds are limited, but we've laid out clear terms below for each product so there are no surprises.

Product-specific terms

Substack OS

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your date of purchase. If you've gone through less than 50% of the course material and it's not for you, email us at work@levelupwithfriend.in for a full refund. After this window, all sales are final.

30-Day Level Up Challenge

Since this is a cohort-based challenge with a fixed start date, refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the challenge starts. Once the challenge has begun, we're unable to offer refunds, since spots and materials are allocated to the live cohort.

Exceptions

Regardless of the above, we'll always make it right if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase
There was a technical issue that prevented you from accessing what you paid for, and we couldn't resolve it
A charge appears on your statement that you didn't authorize

In these cases, email us and we'll sort it out quickly.

How to request a refund

Email work@levelupwithfriend.in with your order confirmation or the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Our email newsletter is free. There's nothing to refund, and you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
